How we use your details

Hello AI collects the contact and business information you enter in the enquiry form to review your requirements, discuss suitability and respond through your selected contact method. Submitting an enquiry does not opt you into unrelated marketing.

What is stored

Your submitted details, workflow preferences, message, the page you submitted from and the time of your permission are stored in our lead database. Authorised administrators can review the enquiry and record follow-up notes. Do not submit passwords, customer records, medical information or sensitive account details.

Cookies and spam checks

Essential session cookies protect the form and admin login. We use submission limits, a hidden spam field and form timing checks. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and security signals to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated traffic. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains its processing.

Access, correction and deletion

Contact contact@helloai.in to ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry details, or to withdraw permission for further follow-up. We may need to verify your request. Administrators can permanently delete a lead from the active database; backups, where configured by the hosting operator, follow their separate retention schedule.

Enquiries should be reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed for the enquiry or a relevant business relationship. This application does not automatically enrol contacts into campaigns or send WhatsApp messages.
